Well who knew I could sing that high.

Only joking, I want someone else to join in for those bits. Anyway, yeah, going to make some more music.

Songs!

Much as I realise nobody follows this - if on the off chance you do and haven’t heard this:

Hey! These songs are the first and last songs in our set. Please listen to them and be critical accordingly x

Flaming Moes - The Simpsons

Let’s keep it short and sweet and with a few killer plosives.

Let there be you - Floating Bear

Ok, so this is mine. I want it to be the first track on a split EP I’m doing with my friend. I’d link but he’s no internet presence, as far as I know.

This is about gender and unity. The idea of us, rather than the idea of you and me. It’s very simple and it’s fun. I like it. I hope other people do.

Let it Roll - Devin Townsend

Devin Townsend is one of the best things happening in metal (though the undiscerning listener would not suspect it from this recording). This tuning is so lush to play in.

I Buried a Bone - Blind Pilot

This song is from an album called ‘Three Rounds and a Sound’, which is incredibly good. Here I’m playing a track on mandolin and guitar aaaand it sounds ok? I like it anyway.

I Am Lonely by Bert Jansch

This is the second Jansch track I’m uploading. He is my favourite guitarist.

I played this on a very dusty, old parlour size beginners acoustic guitar with plastic strings. I’m not one for guitar snobbery - I think it sounds ok. Sounds mellow, which is cool.

Me doing ‘Running from home’ by Bert Jansch, a little too fast.

Me singing ‘Blues run the game’ by Jackson C Frank. I’m not very good at singing, but, depressingly, i think it lends itself ok to a broken man kind of song. Great news for me.

Good song. Good song.
